Practical Support, Meaningful Social Impact
Support Services
Core health services at Aging Grace senior day and health center include a comprehensive daytime care and support services program offering coordination for cognitive stimulation, nutrition, social activities and transportation.
Our centers serve as vital community resources enabling participants to remain independent in and outside of their homes while also receiving daytime assisted care, health support, social and recreational engagement. We provide support to caregivers who desire a quality life for themselves, and their aging loved ones.
We assist families by developing specialized plans to coordinate memory care, health management, nutritional support and social services, allowing seniors to remain independent while providing crucial respite for caregivers.
